• Accessing the Court Grid: Go to the top of your tournament page and click on the Court Grid tab.

• Understanding Match Colors:

  • Matches highlighted in green are completed.
  • Matches in blue are currently in progress.
  • Matches in grey have not yet started.

• Viewing Scoresheets of Completed Matches: For a completed match (highlighted in green), click the Scoresheet button in the match's cell to view the action log and generate the scoresheet PDF.

• Observing Live Scores: Live scores are displayed in each match's cell. For completed matches, the final scores are also listed there.

• Timing Insights for Courts: At the top of the court grid page, below each court's label, you'll find timing insights. This information indicates how far ahead or behind a court is based on the start time of the previous match. It's updated throughout the day and is useful for deciding if matches need to be moved to different courts.

• Court Grid Updates: The court grid automatically updates shortly after any changes in AES (typically within five minutes). If you need to refresh the grid manually, use the Refresh Grid button located in the left side menu of the tournament page.
